Lyle McKain and Ernie Leonhardt have kindly lent me their editions of the Doghouse Doings and the Noble Link which they had so wisely saved. This blog will be photos and articles taken from a couple of these publications.

These magazines were looked forward to by everyone in the company
.The cover on this Doghouse Doings United Kingdom Edition was Rig 9 in the North Sea, as well as its drilling floor along with Tony Gamza. Then we have pictures of Charlie Wills, Ernie Leonhard, Pete Toner and The Queen of England, these all featured in the the same magazine. and these were from only a couple of its pages.
The Noble Link is from the fall of 1995 with the Jackup Eddie Paul on its first drilling location following modification.
United Kingdom 1975
As you can see Charlie and Dorothy Wills were hosting a BBQ for visitors, they were excellent hosts, had the pleasure of spending some days with them as their guest in Aberdeen many years ago, during that same time period also spent a lovely evening with Peter and Claire Grant.
Iran 1976
When Iran was evacuated, Roger Nelson , Pete Toner along with many others were transferred to Canadian division, Roger into the position of contract Manager in Calgary, David Lewthwaite as Personnel Manager and Pete Toner as Rig Superintendent with us in the Nisku office.
